Restored fortress with the most spectacular view of the Umbrian hills. This is a great home base for exploring Italy, taking day trips to nearby Assisi, Cortona, Sienna, Florence, then relaxing by the pool and playing tennis when you need a rest. What a way to experience Umbria!

The cottage is detached from the fortress giving it a greater sense of privacy and a somewhat closer proximity to the pool and sauna. One of the bedrooms with private bath is on the ground level, the second bedroom and bath is at the top of a spiral staircase. There is a third bedroom and bath behind a hidden door. The cottage is both charming and comfortable and the view, spectacular!
