This home, set on a country hillside close to the center of Lucca, has been recently restored into four apartments (Caetana, Lucrezia, Bendetta, and Olivia- named after the owner's daughters) that are connected by internal doors. This property is perfect for a family reunion, providing both privacy and common areas. To maintain the original warmth and charm of a Tuscan farm house, all terra cotta floors and wood beams were preserved in the restoration. The furnishings are tasteful and lovingly selected.

Olivia is the largest apartment, comfortably sleeping seven. On the entry floor, there is a large open-space living area divided into a fully-equipped kitchen corner, a dining area, and a sitting room with television. French doors open onto a furnished back patio that overlooks the grounds, pool, and wooded countryside. The second floor consists of four bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with a king bed and built-in storage closets. Another has a double bed and view of the pool. A third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth has a single bed. There are two bathroos on this floor, each modern and complete: one with a tub and hand-held shower, the other with shower only.

Caetana is the second-largest apartment- it can sleep five, but is best for a family, since one bedroom has bunk beds. The first floor consists of an enclosed, fully-equipped kitchen with dish washer, and a comfortable dining/ living area with fireplace. Double french doors lead to a furnished back patio that overlooks the property's pool, grounds, and country view. A short flight of stairs lead to the three bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a single bed, and the third smaller bedroom has two bunk beds. Both bathrooms are recently renovated and completely modern: one with tub and hand-held shower and the other with shower only.

Benedetta is accessed from the back garden. It's spacious eat-in kitchen and living room with fireplace open onto the garden, pool, and views of the countryside. There is a television and sofabed in the living room. The double bedroom and bathroom with shower are on the same level as the other rooms making this apartment suitable for an older couple who wants to avoid stairs.

Apartment Lucrezia is a loft apartment accessed via an outside rear staircase. It is a perfect homebase for a couple who will be eating out frequently and seeing the many sites this area of Italy has to offer. The dining/ living area provides ample space for relaxing by the fireplace. The separate kitchenette is fully equipped and has a diswasher. A double bedroom with sloped ceiling and modern bathroom with shower lie off the living area. Windows on three sides of the apartment provide a sunny ambiance.

The property is surrounded by well kept grounds and the large pool is private and equipped with lounge furniture.
