en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hand-held shower. Each bedroom is
furnished with traditional antiques and three bedrooms have twin beds that
can be joined together as doubles. The living room is huge- 100 sqmt.-
with a wall of windows that look over the La Freddana Valley. Terracotta
floors, a wood-beam ceiling, a huge fireplace, comforatble sofas, and a
wood-burning pizza-oven make this room ideal for group gatherings. The
kitchen is reached by a spiral staircase that descends from the living
room and this room is a truly special feature of this home. It as been completely
renovated from a large lemon-room- 70 sqmt.- and offers all modern conveniences.
The space can seat a large party and takes advantage of the property's spectacular views and grounds.
The top floor consists of three independent apartments, each with its own living area and kitchette. All are decorated with simple modern furnishings, tastefully
chosen to complement the antique touches that surround them. Each apartment
has windows along the southern wall, to take advantage of the property's views.
The 1st apt. consists of a living area with fold-out couch and fireplace and a
kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, and sink. It's one bedroom has a beautiful antique
double bed and the bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The 2nd apt. has a similar living/ kitchen area for congregation. The first
bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom
has two twin beds that can be made together as a double and an en-suite bathroom
with shower.
The 3rd apartment has a larger living area with two sofas and a similar
kitchen arrangement. The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom
with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with en-suite bathroom with
shower.
There is a restored private chapel on the property, making this an ideal
location for a wedding. The owners of La Cappella, a local architect and his wife, live in a private suite on the ground floor of the villa and are warm, friendly and helpful. A professional chef can be arranged for, at an additional fee. Three hours of maid service, three days a week, is included in the rental price.
