A very beautiful new house in the typical Provencal style set in a pine forest with wonderful views of the Luberon Park. The house has been elegantly and lovingly decorated by its American owners. The kitchen is fit for a gourmet cook and the patio is perfect for al fresco dining. All amenities are modern, but the décor is french-country, evoking the region's warmth and relaxed pace.

The house is on one level, and you enter through the elegantly decorated living room. French windows running the length of the opposite wall reveal a view of the pool and parklands. A formal, but warm dining room leads to the large, superbly-equipped kitchen. At your disposal are a stove, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer and dishwasher, not to mention cooking pots and pans and tools. The living area also has a powder room and laundry room with washer and dryer. Other amenities include a television with satellite dish, stereo, telephone, and fax machine.

The home's bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 cm), a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and toilet. There is a study with desk and daybed that can sleep one, through which you reach the second bedroom. This bedroom has two twin beds (90 cm) with an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, bidet, and toilet.

The swimming pool (9m x 4m) and lovely grounds are very private and are maintained by the property's gardner. A housekeeper can be arranged for an adittional fee. All bedroom and bathroom linens are supplied. There is a small hotel and restaurant within walking distance of the home and the beautiful town of Roussillon, named for its famous red clay cliffs, is in sight.
