Located in the Californie hills above Cannes, this exquisite villa is set in luxurious gardens and boasts a commanding view of the Bay of Cannes. The home is a short 5 minute drive from La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the wonderful shops, hotels and restaurants that make this special town such a unique place to visit. The villa consists of four double bedrooms, a 5th single bedroom and three bathrooms and a powder room. There is a large swimming pool with large brick barbecue and bar at the far end with a stunning view of the bay, making it perfect for alfresco entertaining and dining.
The house is on three levels. The ground floor consists of an elegant sitting room with large screen television, a living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and grand piano, a cheerful kitchen, a powder room and a dining room which opens onto an outdoor patio for your breakfast croissant, coffee or tea. Off this main living area are two luxurious double bedrooms that share a huge bath, complete with jacuzzi tub, shower, and toilet. There is a second toilet in the powder room.
The second floor hosts the master double bedroom with full en suite bathroom. This bedroom has French doors opening onto a view of the bay. This floor also includes a small single bedroom which would be suitable for a nanny, teenager, or in the case of festivals, an extra person.
The top floor has a charming blue and white shell motif double bedroom with bathroom en suite (shower, no tub.) There is also a large deck with views of the bay--a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the sea air with a newspaper or cocktail.
On-site caretakers. 3 hours daily maid service included.**Rental includes a reserved parking space on La Croisette, one block from the Carlton-- almost impossible to come by!** During festival times, staff can arrange airport transfers and cater cocktail parties.
